Bolt action pen kit lever replacement chrome suites the Chinese made kits, sold as a single lever only. To replace the lever unscrew the nib end as you would to replace the ink refill. Remove the spring and refill, insert a small Phillips screw driver into the body of the pen and engage the screw driver with the slots in the screw head of the clip end. Wind anti clock wise a full turn to loosen the screw. You may need to use a small set of pliers to hold the broken off piece of the old lever left behind. Grip the broken part and unscrew anti clock wise, if it’s a bit tight unscrew the retaining screw a little more and try again. Line up the threaded hole with the slot and screw in the replacement lever, position it, tighten the retaining screw, do not over tighten. You can use the ink refill to help position the threaded hole by just pushing it up inside the body engage the mounting and twist until you see the threaded hole through the slot. You might find the bolt action mounting unit will slide out without removing the broken lever if this is the case remove the broken part and reinsert the mounting unit back in the pen body rotating it until the threaded hole appears in the lever slot. Thread in the new lever and position, then tighten the retaining screw, do not over tighten. Return the ink refill and spring, screw on the nib and the pen should be its original working condition.
