Freight/Postage
Within Australia
Australia Post Express Satchels in 0.5, 1, 3 or 5kg satchels are used for all small orders, the bar code tracking assists with any wayward freight.
Larger orders are sent by road using Toll Ipec, generally the best and cheapest means is used for the customers benefit.
Any special requirements can be discussed before shipping.
International
Australia Post Registered general parcel post will be used for all small orders.
Refunds
Refunds will be given for faulty or damaged goods however they will need to be returned first for inspection.
If a faulty or damaged item is received contact us first to discuss the problem.

Personal details will only be kept with your permission for the use with recurring orders, your details will not be sold or used for any other purpose.
Payment
Credit Card payment may be used for national or international orders Visa & MasterCard preferred.
EFT payments can be made but the goods will not be sent until the funds have been received.
