The length of all hands are from the mounting hole to the tip of the hand QMHP9110+919BR coded hands have plane profile Minute hand 73mm long Black, Hour hand 50mm long Black, Second hand 90mm Red colour. All hands press on to the drive shaft the short hand is the hour hand with the largest hole. Press the hour hand on first. The minute hand is the longest with a smaller hole and presses on. The sweep or second hand presses on last and fits the small post in the centre of the drive post. A good habit to get into when pressing on the hands it to set them all at 12 o’clock then use the adjusting wheel on the back to adjust the time, don’t force the hands around with your finger you can break the mechanism.
